Play Passion Project is a youth-led nonprofit that gives shoes to people in need, locally and globally, while empowering the next generation to lead that change themselves.

Locally, we partner with nonprofits across the tri-state area to provide footwear to people in need, distributing shoes through schools, places of worship, community centers, and more. Through community events, trade-in drives, and direct distributions, we get quality footwear directly into the hands of people who need it, including survivors supported by Safe Horizon.

Globally, we partner with Soles4Souls to bring footwear to underserved communities around the world. Our team travels to help distribute shoes directly to families, many of whom walk miles barefoot every day. A single pair can mean the difference between walking to school safely or not walking at all.

At the center of our work is the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP), which gives students of all ages the tools to host their own shoe drives at no cost. Over 455 students have already led drives in their own communities, proving that young people don't have to wait until adulthood to create real change.

To date, we've distributed over 80,000 pairs of shoes worldwide.
